It's hard to tell in the picture but Calvin was laughing as Santa was using his real beard to tickle him. It was so cute!
Adam asked for a football, Anna asked for an art set and a Webkinz, and Camille cried but later said she asked for big girl lip gloss and nail polish.
After attending the party for several years (past years here and here ) we've figured out the best way to avoid the line for Santa is get there 15 minutes early, wait in line until it opens, and quickly walk straight for the Santa line. Mike stops to hang up our coats while I continue to get our spot in line. It worked like a charm and this year there was hardly any waiting. Here we are waiting in line before the start of the party.
Anna got chosen to go on stage for the magic show. Mike also got chosen (not by choice) to go up and help with the magic show. The magician ended up making Mike wear a silly hat and dance as part of the act. It was very entertaining and the kids were loving it.

Oh Camille, "don't worry, be happy!" That picture just captures life right now.
