Christmas Eve

This year we were able to make it out to California for Christmas.  We arrived on the 23rd just in time for Jenna's endowment session at the temple.  It was really special to be there with our family in the celestial room and feel the love that each of us had for one another.

Jeff and Natalie were kind enough to let our whole crew stay at their house for the 10 days we were out there and even watched our kids for us, twice!  They were so great even through all our mess, broken dishes, and 2 pees on their new couch- compliments of Camille.

We spent a good part of the next day, Christmas Eve, taking inventory and wrapping all the Amazon gifts that had been shipped there.  Amazon is definitely the way to go when traveling at Christmas.  Love it.

We had our fun and traditional Christmas Eve program at Mom & Dad's house complete with a 17 part costumed cast featuring two Mary's and two Angels. (Anna was Mary so of course Camille wanted to be Mary.  Logan was the Angel so Rhyss also wanted to be the Angel.  Love those 2 year olds!)  We also added in a white elephant gift exchange in addition to our normal secret pal gift exchange.  There were plenty of laughs and I think we'll make this a permanent addition.  Good times.

Camille had fun with her "Friend", Aunt Emily

As his first year with the Morris Family Brayden was given the part of the Donkey for our Nativity.  He was a good sport!

Special mention goes to my Pops for his Shepard costume.

Dad looks truly middle eastern!!!
It looks like the sister in laws were the favorites this year. Yeah for Natalie and Emily! I think Jeff and Nat look great with 7 kids! What do you think? :) Ha Ha! Good job on being the donkey Brayden! I think all of the uncles have had a turn at it! Time to plan our next reunion and it won't be around a wedding! Wahoo!
