A little visitor

This happened a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to post about our little visitor. We planted sunflowers in our garden this year and ended up with five mammoth (that was really the name on the seed package) sunflower heads. I cut them and was attempting to dry one in the sun when we saw this little guy having a nice snack. He made quick work of our hard earned sunflower seeds but we still had plenty so we didn't mind the visit. About a week later Mike was mowing the lawn and removed the rain gutters that go into the grass. He was a bit surprised to have a winter stash of sunflower seeds fall all over!
