Adam was assigned to bring in different materials with textures to make into a "Texture Monster" at school. He created this all by himself and it was selected from the 5 first grade classes to represent our school at a district art fair. He was so excited and the district did a great job of making all the participants feel very important. We had fun wandering through the talent of district 279, and truly there was a lot of talent displayed. As one who is not very artistic I am always amazed at other peoples talents.
A few of my favorites about his monster are the eyes- made from cut and colored egg cartons with stickers on top and the 5 macaroni fingers at the end of both of the stick hands. Great job Adam!

Wow Adam! That is a pretty cool, yet scary monster. That is so neat that your monster was selected to be in the art fair. Thanks for sharing!
